SWT MVMNT CLASSES
FLOW
This energizing class begins with a slow breakdown of postures followed by a fluid breath-to-movement flow. Working towards peak postures and arm balances and cooling you down with longer holds this class will leave your body feeling open and your mind feeling grounded.
SLOW FLOW
Slow down and restore with this beautifully paced format. This class begins with more foundational yoga postures and a breath-to-movement flow and ends on the mat for a deeper longer stretch. This format is a combination of our traditional flow and restore.
SCULPT
Prepare for a major sweat and burn as you challenge yourself in our highest-intensity format set to a beat-driven tempo. Beginning with mobility and a pilates-style warm-up, cardio to increase the heart rate, and heavy weights to focus on strength training, this class will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and accomplished! Keep an eye out for the schedule, as this format has a body focus each day throughout the week.
SLOW SCULPT
Slow Sculpt is a mat pilates-inspired low-impact format. Slower does not make it easier! This class focuses on controlled movements targeting smaller muscle groups and providing maximum burn. You will use resistance bands, light weights, and gliders in this format as you move through core-based exercises.
RESTORE
Relax and unwind with this grounding class. This format is primarily taught on the back and belly with no weight-bearing shapes. You will be guided through breathwork and meditations as you hold postures for 2-5 minutes. This class is unheated to allow for natural deepening in shapes.
ADVANCED FLOW
Moderate yoga experience is suggested for this format as you will move fairly quickly through foundational postures working towards more advanced transitions and arm balances. This format is 75 minutes.
